For me September has a different energy. It may be just remembering the feeling of those back-to-school days. Or it could be the realisation that we are approaching the final few months of the year.
This shift in season can offer an opportunity to refocus with fresh perspectives and intentions. At this time of year, I like to ask myself…
~ What’s been working well?
~ Where do I need to change my approach?
~ What new ideas can I try out? Inviting input from others can spark different approaches.
~ What results do I want to achieve over the coming weeks and months? Starting small and starting now can build momentum and change
Pick one action that feels a little risky, a little exciting, and entirely worth trying. Whether it’s pitching that project, signing up for a new class, or finally launching the side idea you’ve been mulling over, make September the month you act on it.
For business coaching and mentoring whether you need to re-energise your team, refresh perspectives, or introduce innovative ideas, this is an opportunity to take what you’ve achieved so far and apply it with renewed clarity and intent. Contact me here to arrange a time to speak.
What’s been adding value….
Creating space physically and mentally for fresh approaches and insights
Reading Lucy Worsley’s biography about Agatha Christie (what an amazing life she led and knowing about her adventures places many of her books into context)
Listening to Last Word on BBC Radio 4 which tells the stories of those who have died recently.
