When I left my corporate role I was so excited by the opportunity to experience, freedom, creativity and choice with my own business. Thankfully, I’ve been lucky enough to experience all of this and more over the years. My consulting work with companies and my work as a coach for female business owners have been very rewarding and fulfilling.
However, as I looked to the future I became concerned about my business model. Like many other coaches, consultants and solo entrepreneurs, success depends on me showing up….all the time! It can be exhausting and overwhelming and over the long term it just didn’t feel sustainable, so…

Ok, I did have some doubts! My main concern was how could I possibly use essential oils every month as I had no previous knowledge or experience?!
So initially, I decided I would use the oils just for my own personal self-care to see if they would work for me on a physical and emotional level – lemon in my morning glass of water, frankincense in my facial moisturiser, rosemary in my hair and serenity blend to help me sleep at night.

For many years I held senior roles in international businesses, working with start-up and joint venture companies while travelling around the world. It was challenging and fun, yet at times stressful and exhausting. Eventually, I seized the opportunity to go out on my own.
Since setting up my own coaching and consulting practice, over 10 years ago, I’ve worked with hundreds of solo entrepreneurs, as well as many international companies, helping them design and deliver a range of programmes and services.
My passion is health and wellness. Through my own experience of corporate burnout and adrenal fatigue I have become an advocate for natural health solutions.
