The benefits of journaling

Do you keep a journal? I’ve just got back into the routine of writing in the morning.

There are so many benefits to putting pen to paper, which I wasn’t aware of….

~ It can help reduce stress and improve your mood when you write down your thoughts

~ You will improve your writing skills

~ It can lead to more creative ideas as you allow yourself this time for free expression.

~ Self reflection on events and situations can bring clarity and understanding

~ Capturing your goals, ideas and intentions will help bring them to life. I wrote down something I wanted to manifest, (which I had no control over), and it happened immediately!
